Instructions for putting together: 1. Carefully open paper lantern. 2. Insert wire expander “indented” end first; hook the “feet” into the rings at the top of the paper lantern. 3. Assemble grad cap by inserting tabs into slots. 4. Tie cord to the center of the expander at the top of lantern. 5. Then insert cord through center hole of the grad cap; then through center hole of the disc; and then the hanging loop of the tassel.
